Requirements:

• Experience with Mental Health and Behaviour Management Preferred.
• Available for Sleepovers.
• Willing to drive around (at least 30km).
• Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualification.
• Own personal/reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible hours on a roster system (including weekends, late nights, overnight, and early morning).
• Evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia.
• Physically and mentally capable.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support participants in accessing community services, social activities, and recreational programs.
• Respite Care.
• Transport participants to medical and community appointments.
